Hello there and thanks for reaching out. I assume the question is about the Product H1 and H2 tags? If that is the case - Yes, it can be edited through OpenCart Product edit H1 Tag and H2 Tag input. Or through the SEO Backpack > tab Advanced Editor.

Hi, I have a multistore with main domain and 2 subdomains 1 shop gets indexed by google second creates noindex,nofollow script in head and google cant index my site when i disable the extension my 2 shop gets listed in google(indexed) why?

Hi, I purchased this module and installed but it says it is not licensed. When i click on get a license it is brining me to a website where i have to register. Where do i see the license for the purchased product?

This is not very professional that i dont get a licence key for an online purchase. I start to doubt how the real support is going to be if i cannot get a simple licence key after the buying this. I was hoping to quickly configure and continue work but i guess i had too high expectations.

Hello Bosh and thanks for reaching out. Since OpenCart introduced a change that removes the customer's email from all orders, the licenses are now never sent directly as the entire logic is tight to the emails address. We now need to add the purchase manually and create an account for you (or use the current one you are using for opening this ticket), in order to send the license which takes time. We apologize for the inconvenience, however, this is entirely coming from OpenCart and not the 3rd party developers like us. :)

In order for us to provide you with the license key, please send us your order ID to our sales team at: sales[.at.]isenselabs.com They will be able to assist.

1. No, the module does not have the Ping feature.
2. No, you can consider NitroPack.io for this.
3. Currently the module doesn't have Google search or other search engine integration. However the module provides a sitemap Feed that can be submitted to the search engine.

Yes, we can also reproduce this and it is a correct behaviour, because the URL/mice-and-trackballs is not available in the language id URL alias DB table.
We made an update to the module to add the default language prefix in the URL:
- English http://seobackpack.demo.isenselabs.com/oc3/en/mice-and-trackballs
- Melayu http://seobackpack.demo.isenselabs.com/oc3/id/cate-gory-2-29
- Automatically redirect to active session language: http://seobackpack.demo.isenselabs.com/oc3/mice-and-trackballs and http://seobackpack.demo.isenselabs.com/oc3/cate-gory-2-29.

Note: even though the URL seem inconsistent, the page's meta Canonical URLs use the correct URLs.

Currently the module is unable to recognise oc3/mice-and-track as English after visiting oc3/id/category-2-29, because in this setting, the mice-and-track is not a valid URL alias in the scope of "id" language.
2nd setting possibility: Activate all language url, as in our previous example: en/mice-track and id/category
3rd setting possibility: Deactivate all module language url feature: oc3/mice-track will automatically activate EN session, oc3/category will activate ID language session.
Following is the module setting related to Language URL alias in the demo.

Hello,
I have been using this module for long time and it was really great,
But last month I saw my website google search results title says "the product name - 0" products - $0.00"
despite i did not change anything
how can i fix that?
in the options content it says [product] - [site_name]
and I never changed it as i said and everything was perfect but suddenly google search results says the "product name - 0 product - $0.00"
it shows that in the meta title but in description structure data it shows the real price not ZERO as it say in title
but the problem it ruined my rank in google , i lost 200%
please tell me how to fix that
i use 2.3x
