This extension changes default order of products to sort by date. You can affect order of products by "Sort Order" setting in admin. The extension is applied on category, manufacturer, search and special pages.

• The most recently added item will appear at the top

INSTALLATION

• Download extension and unzip the file.
  
• Install ocmod.xml using Extension Installer
  

COMPATIBILITY
The extension is designed for default OpenCart template, but it should work also with other templates. No files are overwritten (OCMOD is used).
Tested with OpenCart 2.0.1.1, 2.1.0.2, 2.2.0.0, 2.3.0.2 with Default template and premium templates.
Tested with Journal 2.4.5, 2.7.3
