With Repair price calculator you can able to add your items on which you provide the repair and customer will select the make and enter model and calculator will give the price for repair and customer also able to book repair time as well

Installation:

Just upload the files in your opencart store and go to the admin section and enable it from admin section. In admin you can set the position and pages where you need to display the module
