This ocmod will show you terms and conditions in iFrame above the link and checkbox to agree with it. It looks like a big textarea with T&C in it

This way of presenting Terms and Conditions is obligatory in some EU countries, e.g. Czechia.

It's going to update all pages that include link to T&C, specifically:
- Checkout page
- Account registration
- Return form
- Voucher Application
- Affiliate Partner Registration

It's designed to work with the default template, but it should work with most of the others as well.

It's OCmod, so
- no changes to any core file or database
- and 1 click installation
