Contact Form - Upload File (VQMOD/XML)

For uploading files or images in contact form.

According to this link, I make the xml file for vqmod.

There are only 2 adding code in contact.tpl and 1 replace in contact.php.
I tested in v2.3.0.2, it's ok. According to the link, it should work in 2.1.1.1 also. So, it should work 2.x

One idea is for multi-file upload, just copy 3 or 5 upload button. It's really simple. ;)

Into the contact form adds a button to add an attachment.
