The Localised Date Format (LDF) extension allows Store Owners to quickly configure:

• How Dates are Displayed throughout an entire OpenCart store.
  
• How Dates are Entered into Datepicker input and search fields.
  
• Whether or not to display the Time after the date.

Dates can be formatted as ISO, American, European or Custom formats. The Date separator can be a slash, dash or dot within Datepicker input fields.

List Views and Datepicker input fields each have a separate format. This allows dates to be input using a short format and displayed in a longer, more descriptive format. Datepicker input fields are utilized by all Search Filters and when Adding or Editing items that contain Date or Time settings.

ISO Date format (big-endian)

• Dates can be input as: 2017-01-03
  
• Dates can be displayed as: 2017 January 03 (or any format)

American Date format (middle-endian)

• Dates can be input as: 1/3/17
  
• Dates can be displayed as: January 3rd, 2017 (or any format).

European Date format (little-endian)

• Dates can be input as: 3/1/17
  
• Dates can be displayed as: 3. January 2017 (or any format)

Features:

• American, European, ISO and Custom Date & Time formats
  
• Configuration setting for Datepicker Date format
  
• Configuration settings for 'short' and 'long' Date formats
  
• 12-hour or 24-hour Time formats
  
• Option to display Time along with the Date in list views

This is an OCMod and works with default templates.

An Admin demo is not available as it would require giving Admin privileges to the entire Demo in order to adequately show the full scope of features.
