Bulk discount/Special is an extension which helps you in managing discount for large number of products based on category, manufacturer and customer groups.

With this you can add special condition/discount to multiple products at a same time.

You get multiple functionality with this extension-

- set bulk discount/special to large number of products all at once based on their category.
- set bulk discount/special to large number of products all at once based on their manufacturer.
- set bulk discount/special to large number of products all at once only for specific customer group.
- set bulk discount/special to large number of products all at once from different categories and manufacturer only for specific customer group(you can use combination of above 3).
- choose whether the discount/special will be applied using a percentage value or a flat amount.
- easily remove all the existing specials from a product or group of products by putting reduce value as 0(Zero) and selecting all the products for which you want to remove specials(It wont add any new discount/special in this case).
- set the period for which bulk discount/special will be active by selecting "Start Date" and "End Date". Once the period is over, discount will be automatically deactivated.
- It automatically displays all the category and manufacturers under select category and manufacturer dropdown respectively.

After selecting a category/manufaturer, it lists down all the product under that category/manufacturer automatically. So you can choose for which of all the products you want discount/special condition to be applied.

For eg. if product original price is 200 and you have selected Reduce Price by "Percenatge" with Reduce Value as "10", then special amount will be saved as "10% less than the original price" that is 180. But if we select Reduce Price by "Flat amount", then special amount will be saved as "10 less than the original price" that is 190.
