Convert your store to bidding store. Set minimum price that can customer bid

Check demo:

When you edit or add product under Data tab there is new field Minimum bidding price . Add minimum bidding price for this product. If you leave empty this product will be regular and no bidding will be for this product.

See bids in admin->extensions-> Modules ->Bid module

Click on button Approve to approve product for that price

After clicking approve customer will get email with link to buy that product for his bidding price

There is option to disapprove bid if you approve by mistake
