1) To set the "Block width" for the options "Fit to screen width" and "Background to screen width, content to container width" in most cases, adaptation to templates will be required.
2) The following effects are disabled for the custom grid: Apollo, Jazz, Sarah, Romeo, Bubba, Marley, Oscar and Sadie.
3) When updating the module to version 5, user templates must be aligned.
