Add grid Twig Bootstrap to HTML Content (editor used Grid-editor.js)

Update 2.0:
- Change Gridmanager.js to Grid-editor.js
!!! This change to help support editing tools works on it, currently grid-editor.js supports summenernote (default of opencart), ckeditor, and tinymce.
The default version will support summernote, if you use tinymce or ckeditor please read the instructions here or contact me directly (give me the path ckeditor, ckfinder, tinymce ... in your project) To create your own version of support.
