By this module each authorized user of the store can create beautiful offers for products, which one is placed in the client’s basket. You can edit and send offer to anyone with short link. Only the user, that have created the offer can edit it. Same with view plus everybody, who has short link to it.

For short url SEO URL module must be turned on.
