Extension Install Helper

1.This extension can help to run install.sql install.php files when installing extra extensions.
2.This extension can help installer allow all directories.
3.This extension can help to fix the problem 'The directory * is not allowed to be written to!'
Installer steps:

1. install the "Extension Install Helper".
2. Go to modification list (Extensions > Modifications) and click 'Refresh' button.
3. install the Trusted extension which you need.
4. uninstall the "Extension Install Helper".
