Hi. it looks very useful. i have a question about bulk product import. There would be thousands of books in my site. And obviously, i will use a module to import products( for example excelport) is your author module suitable for bulk import/update of products? how? and secondly, is it possible to add a "width x lenght" area to product page? thanks..

Hi,
For export import using excelport you need contact developer first because this module add some tables on your database and exportport developed based on default table. So, that is need customize.
To show dimension width x length, yes it is possible.

Very satisfied with the support! We did have problems with Author module in OC 2.3.0.2 but it was solved to our satisfaction. Turned out to be another extension in conflict. Solved it with help from error log in VQMod Manager. I really recommend the Author Module!

That is because you are using third party theme.
Please use button GET SUPPORT at side column for support.
Attach you theme files (any file you upload to run your theme) and mention your OC version. I will change my code in order work with your theme and testing in localhost. After everything fine, i will send you new files.

Because opencart discontinue development for OC v 1.5.6.4.
By check sales report, you purchased my module at 2014-08-22. That is more 2 years ago. That mean support for you is out of date. If you want more product from same author, yes i can make it for you. But i will charge small fee. Sorry.

The module work very well on default theme, but I tried with other theme and it's fail.Nothing shows in product info.
We are usung theme from Themeforest - OXY theme / OpenCart 1.5.6.4

@KaanF: That is because you are using third party theme. Please note vqmod is work by line based, when code searched not found, author name can't displayed. Also i see that theme come with additional module like category tab.
Please sent your file theme (original file theme) and mention your oc version to email support@opencartboost.com. We will change our code in order to work with your theme.
