Hello. Am using OpenCart 3.0.3.8 and PHP 7.3, with Journal 3 Theme for my installation. This looks like a good mod for what i need. Question is, whether Author Module compatible with my set-up?

Hi, I want to update the opencart site. Version 3.0.2.0 works fine. I tested version 3.0.3.7 it came to the categories section. But add the product, Author Module plugin is not available. How can I solve it.

First, your order at 18/05/2020 and we offer six month support. That mean support for you is expired.
Second, we never test it for OC 3.0.3.7, thats why we never mention this extension compatible for OC 3.0.3.7. Please check it compatibility before upgrade.

Unfortunately, my extension haven't feature import. May be you can contact developer who develop import csv or xlsx, and custom it in order to meet and work with author module.

You need create new file like author page, author list and module author for your theme and adjust style for your theme.
We need your theme sintaro, so we can try it in localhost. Estimation cost $30

For everyone, for this extension my support period 6 months only. When your support period expired, you must purchase this extension again or pay for support fee to me.
In case Leituria above, support for her/him already expired. She/he bought my extension at Jan 23, 2018. And also she/he never open ticket after support period was expired.

Unfortunately, when i am test using journal3 theme and OC 3.0, that is doesn't work. May be next time when i can make it work with journal3 theme, i will contact you.

Hi! I have installed author module in my store. The bookstore tab apperars in catalog > products, but there is no "author" under catalog in admin, so I am not able to add authors to products. Can you please help? Thanks!

Thanks for interest with our module. For journal2 theme, that is need little customize for display because the syntax is different with default theme.

Yes, that is support for journal2 theme.
Please, be aware, journal2 theme have different syntax with default theme.
For example :
Journal2 theme use code below to display model
<li class="p-model">{{ text_model }} <span class="p-model" itemprop="model">{{ model }}</span></li>
and default theme use code below:
<li>{{ text_model }} {{ model }}</li>
So, you need to adjust in order to work.
