• in short, free shipping cannot appear only when some products match and some not match free shipping criteria
- Product ABC (price = $70) shop $100 to get free shipping
- Product XYZ (price = $80) shop $1500 to get free shipping
- If in shopping cart only product ABC x 2 qty and order total $100+ then free shipping appear
- but if in shopping cart product ABC x 2 + XYZ x 1 also and order $220+ then free shipping appear not appear because XYZ cannot get free shipping with product ABC
