What does it do:

When you have lots of options with many choices for select and most of them are multi-select options then this extension useful for you. If you are use checkbox it will be a long list of choices, what is very complicated, so we developed this plugins and allowed users to either select multi checkbox in dropdown or multi select in drop down box. It's really very useful when you have lots of options with many choices.
