Please Upload the files and folder to public_html directory or if you have installed opencart in sub directory then upload extension files there. After uploading, go to admin panel and do the below things:
1. Give permissions to the admin for that extension from edit user groups page.
2. Go to modifications then click on the refresh button, placed on top right.
