You can target your customers by several criteria:
1. Those who have bought a particular product (or products...multiselect) in the past.
2. Those who have bought products from a particular category (or catergories...multiselect) in the past.
3. Those whose total order amount in the last x months (1, 3, 6, 9, 12) is among the top y% (2%, 5%, 10%, 20%).
4. Those whose total order amount in the last x months (1, 3, 6, 9, 12) is among the bottom y% (2%, 5%, 10%, 20%).
5. Those who have placed an order in the last x months (1, 3, 6, 9, 12).
6. Those who have not placed an order in the last x months (1, 3, 6, 9, 12).
7. Those who used a coupon in any of their last y orders OR in any order within the last x months (1, 3, 6, 9, 12).
8. Those who responded to x marketing campaign (or x, y and z campaigns...multiselect). "
