Simple Quotation System from ocex.eu

This extension will add a contact form to every product page under the "add to cart" button and offers elegant solution for those who have products for free and/or without price.

Set any product you want to offer for free to the price zero and the price will not show "0", but show the text "free" everywhere (except the cart and checkout process, where it will be zero for obvious reasons.)

If you do not wish to list the price for a product at all set the price to a negative value e.g. -1. Not only it will hide the price, but the whole "add to cart" button and associated elements will hide. In listings and modules it will be replaced by View Item button. In this case the contact form button turns to Get Quote.

Simple yet powerful. You only have to manage the price what you would do anyways.
