Using OpenCart POS Exchange module, the sales agent can exchange customer products easily.
To exchange the customer product, the sales agent enters the order id in the POS. In this way, the products related to that order id will be displayed on the POS screen.
Now the sales agent can select the product from that order, which the customer wants to exchange.

Note: To use this module, you must have installed Opencart POS.

Work Flow:



Installation of the OpenCart POS Exchange is easy. After installation of the add on, the admin can configure the module accordingly.

The admin can enable or disable the module, can see the exchange order and also manage the orders accordingly.


Now the sales agent can log in from the front end and access the POS. From the POS, the sales agent can exchange the products according to the customer needs.

From the POS, the sales agent can exchange the product by entering the order id. The sales agent can select the desired product from the order, which the customer wants to exchange.


Now, selected exchanged product will be added to the cart. Here are the few scenarios to exchange the product which will work according-
1. If the bought product is of the same price as the exchanged product, then the customer needs to pay the tax only.
2. If the bought product amount is less then the exchanged product then the customer needs to pay the price difference and respective tax if any.
3. If the bought product amount more then the exchanged product then the agent will transfer the price difference as POS credit to the customer’s wallet.

After selecting the desired product which the customer wants to exchange, the sales agent can select and fill the required details to exchange the product and submit.


Now, the sales agent can easily exchange the product and generate the invoice for the exchanged product-
