This extension creates a connection between OpenCart and Aftership. You will need an aftership account and set it up correctly. With aftership you will have a tracking page for your customers, where they can follow their packages. You only need to add the tracking code to the order in OpenCart, the rest is automated.

It is also possible to have the order in OpenCart updated to status delivered when a package is delivered. Please see the configuration instructions.
