Important Note

• As this extension is built on Google Angular Platform so it’s a single page application and works smoothly without page loading in every request.
• POS Terminal connects only to the printer and barcode reader, whereas it doesn't connect directly with the cash drawer and card swipe machine. Any specific card swipe machine integration can be done through customization(paid service).
• POS Terminal is a web-based POS system and requires a web browser to work on it. Google Chrome is suggested.

• Admin can create unlimited outlets/stores.

• Admin can also set different product prices and quantities to different outlets.
• Admin can set percentage or fixed type commission for outlets.
• Admin can track stores/outlets' commissions and can record the commission payment.
• Admin can track stores/outlets product's stock by store, product, quantity, etc wise.
• Bulk product assigns to store through excel sheet importer.
• Admin can create multiple cashier role like Store manager , Head cashier, POS counter cashier, etc and can set access permissions for pos terminal.
• Cashier seeks permission from head cashier if needs to apply features like apply discount, price change, etc.
• For giving access permission head cashier has to use his login credentials to activate the features.
• Admin can set different product price adjustment and set limit for price change.
• Admin can track each feature override of cashier in pos terminal.
• Admin can assign opencart default multi-store's store to outlets and respective store's products will be available for that outlets only.

Register And Cash Management Features

• Allow to open a register with opening cash drawer balance to start the sale.
• Allow to record all cash and petty cash in and out transactions with the transaction note.
• Pos Users can take the printout for previous register closure details.
• If pos multi-user add-on is integrated then every pos user will have to open his own register and record the transaction.
• Pos Users can see register open and close date and time.
• pos Users can calculate the amount that differs from the expected amount of the sale.
• Admin can check every pos register's transactions at the backend.
• Xls import register transactions for admin.

Remember to backup files and database before, because sometimes some settings can be changed. After backup please don’t change anything in store.

Extension support includes:

• Availability of the agent to answer questions only extension related
• Answering technical questions about item’s features
• Assistance with reported bugs and issues

However, Extension support does not include

• Free Customization services
• Updation Services
• web hosting or server configuration / services

NOTE- In order to fix your issues we will need your web store admin + FTP credentials. Once we finish up the work you can change your credentials. Supermax POS terminal source code will not be provided and Supermax POS terminal build will be provided respective to opencart installed website, after the purchase. Please share your opencart installed website link to support@anyhowinfo.com, to get the terminal build. A sub-domain must be used to placing the POS terminal build to avoid domain storage and cache. Sub-domain must have HTTPS enabled if opencart installed store has HTTPS enabled.
