The users can simply log-in to an OpenCart website so as to monitor its connectivity with the Varnish Cache.
To examine the connectivity of any of the website pages with the Varnish Cache, the user needs to inspect the respective website’s page.
For instance, to examine the website's homepage connectivity with varnish cache, the user will have to inspect the homepage and thereafter navigate to Network > Headers > All > Page Path.
This way the user will be able to check whether it is a “Hit or a Miss.”

An Alternate Method: to Check the Connectivity
Furthermore, the users can also type the following command so as to check the varnish connectivity of a website's homepage.

This extension only generates Varnish configuration.
Varnish page cache is not separated from guests/customers.
This module will not clear the cache when products etc are changed.
