Add plus and minus to quantity box
Add quantity box in product list (category, search, etc)
Add plus and minus to shopping cart page

Install

Login to your OpenCart admin panel
Go to Extensions > Extension installer and upload file for your OpenCart
Go to Extensions > Modifications and click Refresh
Clear the cache from twig: Dashboard - upper right side button - Disable cache and update.
