I found myself in a position where I wanted to include the text 'Last Updated:' along with the date of when the page text was last edited. For example, like in my case, you want to show when your Terms & Conditions were last edited. Of course you can add the text to the end of the page description but if you're like me you'll want to automate this.

It's an ocmod file to install it via the installer, then go to modifications and click on the refresh button, then clear your theme cache.
