Replace manual entering 'City name' with automatic selection city name from available dropdown list like selection of country and zone.

** Note:
- This extension only works for OpenCart v3.x with default themes or other themes that only use CSS changes.
- This extension does not work for the themes like Journal Theme (standalone themes).
- This extension does not work for any One Page Checkout Modules.

First time use instructions :
- Extract the file.
- Open "HOW TO USE.txt" for installation.
- If you encounter such a warning message "The directory X is not allowed to be written to!" when uploading the file, you can fix it with the link at below.
