In OpenCart 3 a so called "security measure" of sorts was introduced: when you install extension which contains non-default folders via Extension Installer, it returns permissions error. Not only such error confuses a lot because folder permissions is a different thing, but also absolutely unnecessary. This small extension removes the limitation, you will be able to install extensions the same way you could do it in all previous OC versions.
