add Manufacturer:

- Meta Title

to OpenCart 3.x
1) separate tab in admin panel (multilanguage)
2) set meta title,description,keywords and H1 for better SEO results
3) show Description on Manufacturer page on standard OpenCart theme
4) show Description at left column (AutoLayout) with "View More" button on Manufacturer page on Journal3 theme
