Well you're lucky as this ocmod does exactly that. In your store settings you can set a reply-to address different than your store email. E.g. You can set no-reply@yourdomain.com as your store email and sales@yourdomain.com as the reply-to address. This way you can let your customers know that these messages are auto-generated and they should not reply to them, but also make it possible they can reply in case they need to.
