Newsletter plugin for OpenCart v3 or later.

How does it work?
Before installing please note that newsletter plugin inserts newsletter customers into users table and turns on the subscriber column in database. In order to do that it sets simple password to the users making it as they are registered to the system so they can be used later in marketing section where you send out your e-mails.
The newsletter detects page scrolling and shows the form after a period of time. After subscribing or closing the window it sets the localstorage variable to 1, which means it will not appear in the later requests.
