Default Currency and Language Popup on first visit

This extension shows a Language and Currency popup to visitor to select their preferred language and currency using modal popup for first visit only.
Once visitor selects currency and language preference and hits enter, the preferences are saved in browser cookies and visitors is let to enter.
Visitor will not be asked again for these settings.
This extension is useful for websites shipping to different countries and accepting multiple currencies
