Set daily spend limit of rewards points by customer group. daily spend limit either fix value or percentage. prevent to apply reward points if daily spend limit over even customer has enough points balance

Features
• Set daily spend limit of rewards points by customer group

• prevent to apply reward points if daily spend limit over
• example :
- customer "Demo" has 2000 points balance
- iphone price = $100 and 500 points to buy iphone
- by default in opencart demo customer has 200 points balance so he can use 500 points and got iphone as free which is not good
So for this solution :
- daily spend limit = 400 fix point or 20% (2000x20% = 400 points can use per day)
- if demo customer already spent 100 points in a day then he can use 300 points only for 2nd order in same day
- if already spend 400 points per day then he cannot use more points for 3rd order in same day
