Fix - Empty Add Address In Recent Activity In Admin Dashboard

Que: Exactly what this extension does ?
Ans : In opencart V 3.X, in admin dashboard >> Recent Activity, last activities by logged in members are shown. But when member add a new address, this recent activity is shown without customer name. Also in customer_activity database table, in column Data - {"customer_id":null,"name":" "} get inserted. This extension fixes this issue.

Features :
- Fixes empty activity addition for Add Address by members in database.
- In Add Address form page at frontend, "Continue" button gets disabled while clicked once and "Processing..." text is shown.
- No Core file is modified.
- Simple OCMOD Installation

Installation :
- Login to admin dashboard
- Go to Extensions >> Installer
- Upload this extension's ocmod.zip file
- Go to Extensions >> Modification
- Refresh Modifications
- Done

Tested on V 3.0.3.0 and V 3.0.7.0
