By using this extension you will be able to change frontend customer address fields and make them required/optional/hidden as you needed.

Address fields will be changed in checkout->register,guest,payment address,shipping address and account->address->add,edit page
Installation
1.Install this extension(change_address_fields_3.x.ocmod.zip) from OpenCart admin panel: Extensions->Installer
2.Enable and refresh from OpenCart admin panel: Extensions->Modifications
3.Go to Extensions->Extensions->Modules, then install ,edit and enable Change address fields(Required/Optional/Hidden).
Check your required fields and hidden fields there and save.
4. Done
