Description
This extension restores and extends the default Marketing → Mail functionality in OpenCart 3.x.
By default, when Journal 3 is installed, it overrides the standard newsletter system and restricts mail sending to Journal subscribers only.
This module fixes that and adds two additional recipient groups in the Marketing → Mail section:

All unregistered users who placed or attempted to place an order

Unregistered users subscribed to the Journal 3 newsletter
⚠️ If Journal is not installed, only the first recipient group will be available.
