This is combo extension pack which comes with below 3 functions.

1- Catalog > Category > Search filter
2- Sales > Orders > Column CUSTOMER , showing total number to orders
3- Customers > Customers > Filter is added to search customer by phone number

This is XML ocmod file , no core files are edited.
Install it from Admin > Extensions > Install > Upload
Refresh Cache and you are done.
