Product Print Labels Professional is a powerful label printing module for OpenCart 3 that allows store administrators to create and print professional product labels directly from the admin panel.
Select one or multiple products, choose from 11 standard label sizes or define a custom size, and instantly preview your labels before printing. Customize every detail — image, title, model, price (with VAT), barcode, QR code, text alignment, fonts, colors, borders, shadows and more.
Export labels as a Print (browser), PDF or PNG image. Save your favorite configurations as named profiles for quick reuse. A dedicated label tab is also available directly inside each product's edit page for single-product quick printing.

1. Navigate to Catalog > Label Printer from the left sidebar to access the main label printing page
2. To see the module settings, go to Extensions > Extensions > Modules and find Print Product Labels Professional
3. To see the product tab integration, go to Catalog > Products, open any product and click the Print Label tab

Label Sizes
11 predefined label sizes from 38×21mm up to full A4 (210×297mm), plus a fully customizable size where you define width and height in millimeters. The module automatically calculates how many labels fit per A4 page.

Live Preview
Real-time A4 preview that updates instantly with every setting change.

Label Content: Toggle visibility of each element individually: product image, title, model/SKU, price, price with VAT, barcode (CODE128) and QR code. The QR code can encode the product URL, MPN, EAN or Model/SKU.

Layout Options: 5 layout modes: Image Top / Text Bottom, Image Left / Text Right, Image Right / Text Left, Text Only, Image Only.

Image Controls: Zoom slider, horizontal and vertical offset (X/Y) for precise image positioning.

Typography: Independent font size sliders for title, model and price. Text alignment buttons (Left / Center / Right). Custom color picker for price. Custom color pickers for title and model text.

VAT Calculation: Checkbox to display price with VAT included, with a configurable VAT rate percentage field.

Barcode: CODE128 barcode with configurable height and width. Falls back automatically from MPN to EAN if one is missing.

QR Code: Configurable QR code with 8 position options including corner placement. Smooth continuous size scaling via SVG viewBox.

Label Styling: Background color, border color, border style, border size slider (1–10px), border radius for rounded corners, drop shadow effect and a divider line between image and text sections.

Logo: Upload a store logo image and place it on the label with 9 position options.

Custom Text Badge: Add a custom text badge (e.g. SALE, NEW, −20%) with configurable position (top/bottom), font size, text color and background color.

Layout & Style Panel: Independent controls for gap between labels (horizontal and vertical), internal padding (top/bottom and left/right), border radius and visual effects.

Export Options: Three export formats: browser Print, PDF and PNG Image. All exports render at high resolution (scale ×4).

Settings Profiles: Save unlimited named setting profiles to browser localStorage. Load or delete any profile at any time.

Product Search: Search products by name, model/SKU or category with paginated results (20 per page).

OpenCart 3 Compatible: Built specifically for OpenCart 3.x following standard MVC architecture, installed via OCMOD.

Installation:
Upload the .ocmod.xml file via Extensions > Extension Installer
Refresh the modifications in Extensions > Modifications
Clear theme cache if needed (Dashboard > Developer Settings)
Go to Extensions > Extensions > Modules, find Product Print Labels and click Install
Click Edit and set Status to Enabled
Go to System > Users > User Groups, select your admin group and tick Access and Modify permissions for extension/module/labelprinter
