Show Free Shipping Only if available is a simple mod that does what it says...it hides all other shipping options if free shipping is available. You can see this on my demo store, found here

Simply add an item to your basket, and either use the shipping quote in the basket, or take a look in the checkout and you will see free shipping only as long as free shipping is available ($200+ of product must be in the basket for free shipping to show)
