Gives the buyer/customer the possibility to enter his own "Buyers Order ID" in the checkout. Used mainly for traceability purposes in business to business (B2B) stores. Does not replace the standard order id in any way, but is an extra order id field. Also called "Eget ordernr" or "Ref nr" in swedish.

How to use:
- Upload *one* of the vqmods to vqmod/xml folder in your OpenCart root.
- Add a product to cart an complete the checkout steps.
- In step 5 there should be a new field called "Buyer Order ID".

Versions:
- One file where the field is mandatory/required to enter.
- One file where the field is not.

What does it do:
- Adds the the field "Buyers Order ID" in Checkout Step 5.
- Adds the field "Buyers Order ID" in OpenCart admin order form.
- Adds the column "Buyers Order ID" in the order confirmation e-mail.
- Adds the column "Buyers Order ID" in the order information page.

Compability:
Tested and verified to work on 1.5.2.1.
