[VQMOD] Checkout and cart prices without Tax/VAT 1.5.X - 2X
This modification very simply removes the VAT/Tax from your product line items in the checkout and cart areas. This is ideal for stores that wish to show their prices ex VAT/Tax before the subtotal in these areas and actually makes more sense than the default, which shows product prices including VAT/Tax per line item, then the subtotal before any tax has been added
