STOCK STATUS AS ONLY STOCK INDICATOR

This modification removes all quantity-based stock control functionality;
instead, the existing "Stock Status" product attribute -which is normally only activated for out of stock products-
is used at all times for stock-related information.

This is useful if you don't keep strict stock control at your store's product database,
and would rather just display a broader, manually managed general indication.

- Product display pages ignore quantities and always show stock status field
- The appropriate administration panel fields and settings are hidden or modified as needed to reflect this change
- Adds stock status column and related sort/filter options at product administration listing/search page.
This is also provided as an optional, separate vQmod in case it's the only feature you want to add.
- Quantities are also removed from product options, and replaced with a single on/off visibility switch for each.

Fully vQmod based, doesn't overwrite any core files or create new ones.
