Delivery Time Module enables you to choose Delivery Time on Cart page. It automatically update price in total cart as per the chosen criteria.

Front End:

In front end add one of the product and click on view cart >> click on Use Delivery Time options

In admin go to Extension>>Order Total for Enable the module
