Refund Policy


Purchasing an extension or theme should give you confidence and value. If your purchase doesn’t meet expectations due to compatibility or technical issues, we offer a straightforward refund process.

Refund Request Period

You can request a refund within 60 days of your purchase date. To begin the process, you’ll need to provide your Order ID as proof of purchase.

Valid Reasons for Refund

Refunds are granted in the following situations:

  • The extension or theme is not compatible with your version of OpenCart.
  • The item is broken, does not work as described, or is non-functional
  • The developer fails to respond or resolve issues during the active license/support period.

Requests that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are returned through the original payment method used at checkout:

  • Credit Card: Refunded directly to the same card. Even if the card is closed or inactive, the amount is returned to your card account.
  • PayPal Balance or Bank Account: Refunded to your PayPal account.
  • Split Payments (Card + PayPal Balance): The credit card portion is returned to the card. The remaining amount goes back to your PayPal balance.

Processing times depend on your payment provider.
