To Hide Products that are out of stock, only from the store (category, features), not from the administration list! If you want to that the product appear if the client has the url, there is too an extension here.

Only two pages to replace in:
product.php to put in /catalog/model/catalog/
and category.php to put in /catalog/controller/product/

if you don't want that products with quantity zero to appear in search too, download the "Hide_stock_in_search" and replace in:
/catalog/controller/product/
