Send customer comments in order confirmation email

This fully stand-alone module makes sure that the customer receives his/her comments in the order confirmation email which is not the case normally.
There are two different downloads. One shows the comment in the email above the order and the other one below.

This module does not modify any file of OpenCart. You have to have VQMOD installed.
