"Better" English language pack

I have made some subtle changes to the original English pack...mainly increased consistency, made the language a bit friendlier etc. (e.g. Instead of saying "No reviews", it says "Be the first to write a review", etc)

updated for version 1.5.3.1. Henceforth, this is a vQmod...so no core files are touched, and changes will carry forward to next versions.
