With this extension you'll be able to set fee or discount to all payment methods available. You may set a fee in percent to one method and discount in fixed value for another one and they'll be applied accordingly.

▸ Adds fee or discount value for each enabled payment method separately.
▸ You can set customer group and subtotal range (minimum and maximum) for each fee or discount.
▸ You can hide Payment Fee or Discount total and add its value to another total.
▸ Displays method's name along with fee or discount in title.
▸ Follows tax class, geo zone, customer groups and more.

Extension's settings can be found in admin section of our demo site (username: demo, password: demo). Go to Extensions -> Order Totals and click Edit near Payment Fee or Discount module.
