With "Custom H1 Tags" you can set the H1 tag for your products, categories, information & manufacturers pages.

Now, you can have a H1 tags different from categories/products/manufacturers names and information titles.

Note that this extensions affects the H1 tag only. Window title and product name in category view or sitemap, remains as it is. The same holds for categories, manufacturers and information.
