A client of mine needed a simple "going out of stock report" that they could print and take to the stock room to cross check the quantities. Then they could order as needed and write the new quantities onto the report for product admin updates.

No files over written, upload making sure you have vqmod already setup.
For OC 2 use FTP to upload file and install via the OCMOD installer.
Make sure you go to Admin > System > User > User Groups and allow access permissions
Currently set to view products with 1 or less in report.

Tested and working on Opencart Version 1.5.4.1 to 1.5.6.4 and 2.0.3.1
