To change the Default NO to newsletter in account page to YES.

Whenever a visitor decided to register them self on your website, in the "account page", after filling up form at the bottom required them to choose YES or NO to newsletter, by default is a NO. Visitor might overlook that and click submit.

VqMod Required.

Just upload the XML. file to VqMod and refresh your "My account" page it should be default by YES.
